The factory "Merkys" was established in Varena town, in 1975. Down-feather raw material processing, producing of pillows, quilts, sleeping bags and clothes with down-feather filling was the main profile.
The range of products has widened since that time.
Now "Merkys" Ltd. produces large variety of home textile products:

Fillings being used: down-feather, sheep wool fiber (or fiber balls), polyester fiber- hollow, conjugate, siliconized (or fiber balls).
